Our members come from software, technology, manufacturing, automation, ERP systems, and project management backgrounds. Before MarpaTek, each of us had already spent years working on enterprise systems, process improvement, system rollouts, and integration — across companies of different sizes and industries.
We know that building a system is usually not as simple as finding someone to write code. More often than not, the process on the ground has been running for years, the existing system cannot be disturbed lightly, users have their own habits, and the budget has to add up.
So we don't start by making things bigger than they need to be, and we are not quick to recommend rebuilding everything. We start by looking at the current situation with you, understanding where things are genuinely stuck, and then working out what can be kept, what needs integrating, and what is worth doing first.
What we want to build are systems a company can genuinely use, and roll out step by step.
